 The Infectus
X360 CPU Time Attack Add on PCB is a board
that is designed to fit neatly on the Infectus 1 & 2
modchip and it give you access to X360 CPU Time Attack
function which will allow such functions as Dashboard downgrading.
Right now with this add on board you can downgrade current
360 dashboards or install custom ones, it will also allow
you to change the serial number of your console, and last
but not least, let you change the DVD drive key stored
in the Nand bios. The last feature is going to be very
important to repair shops out there replacing customer’s
failed DVD drives.
In some cases the DVD key on the drive could be lost due to
a bad flash, or because the drive burnt out and took the bios
chip with it. You will now be able to read the DVD drive key
from the motherboards Nand bios and then imbed this into a
new drive. Before this if the DVD key was lost on the drive,
there was nothing you could do with that console and it would
be rendered totally useless, now its possible to bring these
bricked 360 back to life again. If you are a shop front that
does a lot of 360 repairs or just someone that really wants
to play around with their 360’s motherboard bios, this
little addon board is a must to have lying around. |
